In addition to the dinning room "Princes Eveques", the Castel has got 3 other dinner rooms :
- the Panoramique room with its panoramic view (seating 10 to 50 people) with bay windows overlooking the vineyard and the old town of Rouffach,
- the Dagobert room a 14th century vaulted room for candle-light dinners (seating 10 to 80 people)
- the Rose de Mundat room, with it's direct Access to the terrace and the park, suitable for cocktails (until 150 people)
