Our wine waiter recommends :  The KLIPFEL family was in the habit of striving for over maturation and the noble rot (late harvest wine) in the great years. So, the KLIPFEL oenotheque contains wines from the years 1919, 1921, 1929, 1937, 1939, 1941, 1942, 1943, 1945 and 1959. While the late harvest wines and the selection of noble grains were officially agreed in 1984. The KLIPFEL house was one of the very first in 1984 to have produced its Pinot Noir in burgundy barrels, the famous Rouge de Barr. The Kuentz-Bas House, "A mark of quality for 2 centuries.
