Our Chef, Régis Guilpain
A native of Berry, Régis Guilpain studied at the hotel school at Blois, and then trained as a Patissier at the lycée Albert Bayet in Tours. Since 2001 he has been Chef at the Domaine de Beauvois.
To become a Chef was his childhood dream, to transform produce, enhance flavours, truly the work of a magician!
His cuisine reflects his character, generous and respectful of the products which is emphasised through the exquisite combinations which he creates.
His key words are quality, simplicity and flavour. |
