The Domaine de Beauvois offers you two types of cuisine:
A sophisticated cuisine paying tribute to regional produce served in the "Briffaut" room, a spacious and comfortable dinning room adorned with a majestic fireplace and opening largely onto the terrace;
The "Mijotés du Domaine" country cuisine which each months focuses on one seasonal product (mushrooms, game, seafood.), served in the Louis XIII and Louis XV lounges, more intimate and cosy rooms overlooking the terrace and its French style garden.
The dishes of the month
For around ten days a month, the chef focuses on one seasonal product: mushrooms, game, seafood, etc.
The "Duke" on the terrace
In the summer season, you can lunch at the "Duke"; a buffet-bar set up on the poolside terrace, and enjoy a lounge atmosphere.
